As part of its anniversary year, EVE Energy commemorated the achievements of the past quarter century through a series of international industry events.
On June 18, the company hosted the “Third Lithium Battery Conference and EVE Energy 25th Anniversary Celebration” at its headquarters in Huizhou, China. This was followed by EVE Energy’s official European Partner Meeting in Munich on June 22, bringing together representatives from Hungary and the company’s European partners.
According to the company’s vision, the role of battery technology will continue to expand over the next decade, driven not only by the growth of electric vehicles but also by the increasing demand for energy storage systems, industrial automation, and AI-powered infrastructure.
The anniversary year also marks an important phase in EVE Energy’s European expansion. EVE Power Hungary Ltd. is currently building EVE Energy’s first European manufacturing facility in Debrecen, Hungary, which will serve the premium electric vehicle market.
In June 2026, the project reached another significant milestone with the arrival of the first piece of production equipment at the plant site. This development demonstrates that, alongside construction and infrastructure works, the technological preparation of the facility has also entered a tangible new phase.
The Debrecen investment plays a key role in establishing EVE Energy’s European presence and, in the long term, may further strengthen Hungary’s position within the European e-mobility supply chain.
